As the GCTA team rolled into Houma for the second stop of the Rudy's Pro Series. All talks were on how AWESOME the fishing was since the teams that had been there pre-fishing before we showed up. Some of the teams that were staying in the local Ho-Jo with us were pumped up saying there might be a 20lb slot fish stringer weighed in at this event.

As we kick off our 2017 season with the Rudy’s Pro Series. The People at the St.Bernard Parish rolled out the red carpet for the Series and its anglers, between the Meraux Foundation with Mr.Floyd and Mrs. Rita with her two boys we as a series and anglers could not ask for a better spot and even better fisheries.

Anglers a lot going on here at GCTA, for starters this new website. We kick off our 2017 Pro Series Season in St. Bernard Parish and they as usual have rolled out the red carpet . As we get into our season we are excited about all events GCTA has planned for the 2017 season.

Between Redfish Rivalry, HSJAA, & Rudy’s Pro Series we have something for everyone. Stay informed on all of GCTA events at www.redfishrivalry.com, www.hsjaa.com & www.redfishseries.com. Get involved with Gulf Coast Tournament Association.

We will have two Pro-Am events this season. We will have 6 Pro-Teams team up with some of our Hook Spit Junior Anglers (HSJAA) at each one of these events.
