Welcome to the home of the only Redfish Tournament Series created by Texans specifically for Texas style redfishing.  We asked Texas redfish tournament anglers what they were looking for in a fishing tournament.  With the information we gathered,

we created the Texas Redfish Tournament Series.  Each tournament has the potential to pay out $31,000.00 to the anglers.  This is going to be an exciting year. 

Last year amateur anglers won four of the top five places in the Early Times Team-of-the-Year race.  This is the perfect tournament for the weekend warrior to show what they can do.

The Texas Redfish Tournament Series is owned by The Redfish Series and was created by Jim Elrod and Scot Simmons to bring a Texas-style Redfish Tournament to Texas Anglers.

Scot and Jim have fished tournaments since 1999.  They have polled fishermen from Galveston to South Padre asking what they are looking for in a Redfish Tournament.  The response was smaller entry fees, wadefishing, and more dates to fish.  The Texas Redfish Tournament Series was designed from the feedback.
